I have never used a travel advisor. What actually happens?
You start with a short consultation. We ask about your travel style, timing, budget range and who is travelling with you, then design an itinerary and walk you through it together. You approve the plan before anything is booked.
What does it cost to work with you?
We charge a professional planning fee that reflects the time, expertise and personalized service required to design and support your trip. The base planning fee is $249 for one destination up to 7 nights, and custom multi-destination international plans start at $499, with the final quote based on party size and scope. Fees are quoted after your initial consultation and are non-refundable. The full fee schedule, including cancellation and modification fees, is on the Services page.
Will I pay more than booking it myself?
Our preferred partner relationships release rates and amenities that are not published to the public, such as room upgrades, resort credits and onboard credits where available. Those benefits come to you.
What happens if something goes wrong while I am away?
You have one point of contact for air, hotels, cruises, tours and transfers. We stay reachable throughout the trip and step in when a flight moves or a supplier changes something.
