Planning Fees
Professional Services Fee Schedule
As professional travel advisors, we charge a planning fee that reflects the time, expertise and personalized service required to design and support your trip. Fees are based on the complexity of the itinerary and are quoted following your initial consultation as part of a custom trip agreement.

Covers one destination for up to 7 nights, or research and proposal of an ocean or river cruise with a pre or post cruise stay of up to 3 nights on either end.
Final quote based on party size and scope.
Domestic or international. Each additional city, region or resort area beyond the first.
Applies per additional week or partial week beyond the first 7 nights. Single-destination or multi-destination rate.
For domestic or international economy class flights booked as a standalone service, not part of a full trip planning engagement.
Unique transfers such as private flights, exclusive access, bespoke on-site coordination and similar services are available upon request and priced based on scope.
Cancellation and Modification Fees
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans will need to be changed. In order to cover our time to cancel, fully rebook or make a material modification to your trip, additional fees are required:
- Modifications made more than 24 hours after initial deposit
- $50 per modification
- Full itinerary cancellation
- $300 per household
- Itinerary cancellation and rebooking of the same itinerary
- $350 per household

All planning fees are non-refundable, even if you choose not to book or cancel for any reason, including force majeure events, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

We build a tailored itinerary using suppliers we know and partners we hold relationships with.
Planning Meeting
We present your personalized itinerary by video, refine any details with you, then move forward with confirming your travel arrangements.
Dispatch
Everything lands in one place, with documents, confirmations and a day by day guide in your travel app.
While You Are Away
We stay reachable throughout the trip and step in if anything needs to change.
Last But Not Least
We follow up when you are home, capture what worked and start thinking about the next journey.
