Jennifer Pfenning

I have been traveling all of my life and loving every minute of it. I love planning vacations, cruises, road trips, and vacations abroad. Planning all the details is my favorite pastime.

Before becoming a travel advisor, I worked for Holland America Line in the finance and reservations department, helping people with final payments. I also worked with Down Under Answers, starting as a finance specialist before helping to create itineraries for clients for South Pacific Travel.

My career in the travel industry continued when I was hired by the Walt Disney World Resort. I spent 15 happy years working in a variety of capacities including as a Guest Relations Cast Member at Disney's Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios parks and as part of the Concierge team at the flagship Grand Floridian Resort. Working for Disney provided me with amazing experience in customer service and the travel industry.

In my personal life, I am married with three kids whom I homeschool. We love to travel and cruise to learn about new places and see history.

My focus is in family travel and multi-generational travel, including cruising and Disney Destinations, but I love to advise on other adventures, as well. I look forward to helping you plan your next vacation!
